Right to Life of Louisville is seeking a Part-Time Executive Director!

Position: Part-Time Executive Director
📍 Location: Louisville, KY
🕒 Hours: 20–25 hours per week
As Executive Director, you will:
• Lead the day-to-day operations of Right to Life of Louisville.
• Work alongside our dedicated staff, volunteers, and Board of Directors.
• Build relationships with donors, churches, community leaders, and partner organizations.
• Represent RTLL through media interviews, public speaking, and community events.
• Help assist and oversee signature events, including our Annual Gala, Walk for Life & LifeFest, and educational programs.
• Recruit and support volunteers while expanding our outreach efforts.
• Develop fundraising initiatives, manage donor relationships, and pursue grant opportunities.
• Stay informed on pro-life legislation and advocate for the mission of RTLL.
We’re looking for someone who has:
✔️ A strong commitment to the pro-life mission.
✔️ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
✔️ Experience with technology, budgeting, and general business operations.
✔️ Nonprofit leadership experience is preferred.
