to cover the cost for employees to travel out of state to access abortions.

These policies have become a key part of recruitment and retention, especially among younger or more progressive talent.
On the flip side, it has also sparked political and legal challenges, with some states exploring ways to penalize companies that facilitate out-of-state abortions.
