Celebrating Life Victories This June 2025

As we begin June—a month that marks the 3rd anniversary of the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade—we give thanks that the Poe case has been dismissed!

Mary Poe voluntarily withdrew her lawsuit challenging Kentucky’s pro-life law. This dismissal reinforces our state’s unwavering commitment to protecting the most vulnerable—unborn children—while safeguarding women from the devastating effects of abortion.

At Right to Life of Louisville, we remain steadfast in our efforts to promote a culture of life that honors both mother and child. We stand ready to support women and families facing unexpected pregnancies with compassion, resources, and hope, ensuring that no woman ever feels abortion is her only option.

📢To celebrate these life victories, we invite you to read the powerful article below:

📰 This powerful article dives deeper: The Sexual Revolution Failed.

👉 Understanding the roots of the abortion movement is key.

👉 Proponents argue that “women need abortion” based on the belief that everyone should be free to engage in sexual relationships with anyone, anytime.

👉 This foundational principle fuels the so-called “need” for abortion.

That’s why it’s so important to help young girls understand the inherent value of their bodies.

Teaching women how their bodies work leads to a decrease in unplanned pregnancies because women develop a sense of value and respect, not fear, regarding their body.

When we value and respect something, we naturally want to protect it, thus decreasing the tendency to fall for the lies of the sexual revolution.
