New Study Shows Abortion Pill’s TREMENDOUS Harm to Women
That’s why this new study from the Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPPC) is so important.
Key Findings:
- Over 865,000 abortion pill cases (2017–2023) were analyzed using insurance claims data.
- Even with a highly conservative approach, 10.93% experienced serious complications.
- The study intentionally excluded 72% of ER visits that weren’t clearly related or medically serious.
- Only severe (Grade 3) and life-threatening (Grade 4) events were counted.
- Mental health issues were only included if they involved suicidal or homicidal ideation.
- Expected bleeding and common side effects were not counted at all.
Why It Matters:
Even with strict exclusions to avoid overstating the risks, this study still found a 22x higher rate of serious complications than what the FDA and drug manufacturers report.
Women deserve the truth—about their bodies, their options, and the consequences of these drugs.
